Because of flooding’s and massive migration of workers to Punta Arenas because of the massive development of Green Hydrogen in the region, Punta Arenas had to be refunded on the hills and highlands of the prior city of Punta Arenas, which is now partially flooded.
Chile Became the biggest producer of green hydrogen in Latin America, and one of biggest producers in the world with India and China. The Fuel is being exported mostly to the ports of Hamburg and Shanghai.
